Armor Insurance Minnesota is owned and operated by agent Benjamin Ford who has over 4 years of experience in the insurance industry. Armor is an independent insurance agency that does not belong to any individual insurance carrier. Armor has the ability to place different customers with different insurance carriers based on their needs. This can be as simple as helping them pay the lowest price, or as complicated as finding a specific carrier that will offer coverage for more obscure things like farms, limo services, wedding singers, pizza parlors, hairstylists, classic cars, dental offices, rideshare drivers, and more. This business model has allowed customers of Armor Insurance to continue to get the most competitive rates available in the market for what they need to protect.
ABOUT THE AGENT
Ben was born and raised in Minnesota where he attended Elk River High School. He graduated from Saint Cloud State University with a bachelor's degree in economics and a minor in statistics. After graduation, Ben started his career as an independent life insurance agent primarily working with people in retirement to help them stabilize their financial needs after they pass. Ben later worked for State Farm where he got accustomed to property and casualty insurance. Ben helped with claims and met with customers to discuss policy coverage for both personal and business lines of insurance. After years of experience in the industry, Ben decided he could better assist his clients by becoming an independent insurance agent. This has allowed Ben to better meet his customers' needs in both coverage and price.
